We started in 2017 with a straightforward idea: people dealing with anxiety deserve access to structured, personalised support regardless of where they live in Australia.
Our consultants come from clinical psychology, mindfulness-based therapy and cognitive behavioural practice. That mix matters - anxiety doesn't follow a single script, and neither do we. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, conducted via video, and structured around what's actually happening in your life right now.
"Most clients come in thinking they need to stop feeling anxious. That's rarely the real goal once we get into it."
Every consultant completes at least 3 supervision sessions per month - it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not something we advertise as a selling point. It just makes the work better.

Cognitive Behavioural Specialist
Callum focuses on the thought patterns underneath anxiety - the loops that feel automatic. He runs 6 to 8 individual sessions per week and also facilitates a small group programme for social anxiety.
Before the first session, you fill in a short intake form - 12 questions, takes about 8 minutes. It gives us enough context to start somewhere useful rather than spending the first 20 minutes covering ground you've already covered elsewhere.
Sessions happen via a secure video platform. You don't need to install anything. Most clients connect from home, though some prefer a parked car or a quiet office. The location is yours to choose.
After each session you receive a brief written summary - 3 to 5 key points - so you're not relying on memory alone. It's a small thing that makes a noticeable difference over time.
Your form is reviewed within 1 business day. We match you to the consultant whose background fits your specific type of anxiety presentation.
The opening session is about building a clear picture. We don't jump to techniques in session one. That comes later, once there's something real to work with.
From session 2 onward, each meeting includes at least one concrete tool or practice to try before the next. Progress is tracked across sessions, not assumed.
